As a new client of First City Veterinary Hospital, you can expect our full attention to your pet’s needs.

When you arrive for your appointment, please head into our lobby which is located on the far-right side of our building. Once inside, you will be greeted by our awesome team of receptionists who will ask for you to weigh your pet on the scale in the lobby (size permitting) and will then take you to an exam room where your time with one of our Doctors will take place. The veterinary technician will come in and begin the check-in process where they will ask you about your pet’s medical history, current condition/reason for your visit and collect your pet’s vital signs.

Our veterinary technician will likely come back to wrap things up and will provide you with helpful pet care information and answer any questions you may have. Our front desk staff will process your payment and schedule any needed follow-up appointments.
