Scheduling Fee Policy
Due to an increasing number of “no shows” and same-day cancellations, combined with a very high demand for services we are now requiring deposits for new client appointments as well as existing clients with a recent history of missed appointments.
Our goal is to provide timely care to all our patients and to respect not only the client and veterinarian’s time but also the constraints of a tightly booked schedule. If you must cancel your appointment, we request a call or email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other patients who may need prompt medical care. Our cancellation/no-show/scheduling fee policy will take effect on October 25, 2022.
New Clients are required to pay a $79 scheduling fee for their first appointment. The scheduling fee will be applied to the cost of the successfully attended appointment. Appointments that are not attended will forfeit the scheduling fee.
We request 24-hour notice for appointment cancellation.

EXAM SCHEDULING – CURRENT CLIENTS
In the event an existing client does not arrive for their scheduled appointment, they will need to pay the scheduling fee in order to schedule their next appointment. This fee will be credited towards the cost of the next visit.
If three no-shows occur in a row or within a calendar year, we will no longer be able to provide veterinary services.
